Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Functional consulting.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Talent Management Cloud modules.
Experience implementing or supporting:
Performance Management
Goal Management
Succession Planning
Talent Review
Career Development
Profile Management
Experience with end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Strong understanding of HR Talent Management processes and best practices.
Experience with functional configuration, testing, and documentation.
Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions.
Experience supporting UAT, production support, and system enhancements.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting).
Knowledge of HCM integrations and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Reports).
Experience with data migration and HDL/HCM Data Loader.
Oracle Cloud HCM certification preferred.
