Job Description

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong experience in the Field Service module to help design, customize, and support solutions that improve field operations, service scheduling, and technician workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
Configure work orders, scheduling, asset management, and service agreements
Build custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, and Power Platform
Support integrations with external systems through APIs and Azure services
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Support the Field Service mobile app used by field technicians

Qualifications
3+ years of experience developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365
Hands-on experience with the Field Service module
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform
Experience with system integrations and API development
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
