This department operates direct-to-consumer shops (Rakuten24, Baby Shop, Pet Shop, Drink Shop, etc.) within Rakuten Ichiba, a marketplace run by the Rakuten Group, that handle FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods).
It boasts one of the largest sales volumes on Rakuten Ichiba and is a growing business that serves as a crucial point of contact with customers.
Because it mainly handles FMCG products, it has a large market size and is considered one of the most important businesses for customer interaction on Rakuten Ichiba.

Position Details
This position supports buyers in smoothly implementing product development and promotional strategies by coordinating and communicating with relevant departments.
This role involves operational tasks such as registering sales promotion projects and issuing invoices, as well as data-driven support, including extracting data from internal systems and creating reports using simple Excel functions.
Furthermore, it supports the accurate operation of various systems through configuration, error checking, and requesting corrections as needed.

Main Responsibilities
- Buyer Support: Sales promotion project registration, invoice issuance operations, data extraction and report creation (Excel function level)
- System Operation Support: Configuration of various systems, error checking, and correction requests
- Event Progress Management: Sales promotion settings, list creation, and deadline reminders during sales and campaigns
- Business Improvement Proposals: Identifying issues in daily operations, proposing improvements, and promoting business efficiency

Specific Project Examples
- Improvement of the billing management system
In order to address the risk of billing errors due to manual processes or oversights in billing operations to business partners, we will plan and implement countermeasures.
