Responsibilities: Drafting and Monitoring of Agreements - Legal support in the negotiation and drafting of lease agreements and service agreements - Ensuring the implementation and adherence to compliance processes relating to the negotiation, Drafting, validation, and documentation of lease matters Monitoring of Legal Disputes: - Management of judicial and extrajudicial legal disputes (monitoring important ongoing legal cases and protection against new lawsuits) - Filing lawsuits (in coordination with the claims team and via external law firms) Point of Contact for Center Management and Internal Departments: - Point of contact for legal inquiries from our shopping centers and internal departments - Design and execution of trainings - Other internal and cross-departmental projects Support in Marketing and Data Protection Matters: Providing legal support regarding all documents and contracts related to marketing, sponsorship, social media, and data marketing matters Providing legal support for all data protection matters Providing legal support for insolvency law matters Other internal and cross-departmental projects Support in matters related to common charges balancing
