Key Responsibilities:
- Be focused in processing, verifying, and managing claims for reimbursements.
- Ensuring accurate payments by preparing files and ensuring timely payments.
- Maintain track of Payments made and Fallouts.
- Handling Fallouts diligently and taking them to logical closures.
- Handle various aspects of the claim lifecycle, from initial review to final payment including regular follow ups with multiple stakeholders Customer, Client, F&A, vendor portal.
- Adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Responding to employee queries with TAT.
Work Experience:
- 2 - 3 years of experience managing claim reimbursements, especially travel claims.
Skills and Qualification:
- Commerce Graduate.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Analytical and Problem solving
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to effectively collaborate.

Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, SAP
