Job description for associates working on reimbursements in Employee Benefits


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be focused in processing, verifying, and managing claims for reimbursements.
  • Ensuring accurate payments by preparing files and ensuring timely payments.
  • Maintain track of Payments made and Fallouts.
  • Handling Fallouts diligently and taking them to logical closures.
  • Handle various aspects of the claim lifecycle, from initial review to final payment including regular follow ups with multiple stakeholders Customer, Client, F&A, vendor portal.
  • Adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Responding to employee queries with TAT.

Work Experience:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience managing claim reimbursements, especially travel claims.

Skills and Qualification:

  • Commerce Graduate.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Analytical and Problem solving
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to effectively collaborate.
  • Customer Centric behavior.

Technical Knowledge

  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, SAP
