Profile Summary

Deliverables

• Lead the design and development of customized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

• Review code and ensure adherence to best practices in software development and architecture.

• Oversee system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between D365 CRM and other applications.

• Conduct architectural assessments and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.

• Ensure the successful execution of project timelines and deliverables.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

• Stay updated with the latest D365 CRM features, tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills:

6 years of experience of architecting and designing applications on Online Dynamics CRM 365 platform with at least 2 complete lifecycle implementations
Should have hands on experience of building CRM components like JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, Actions, SSRS reports
Hands on experience with Dynamics CRM custom development using Integration with External systems using REST / SOAP Web services, Data migration etc.
Ability to design and provide solutions using Online Dynamics CRM out of box features and custom development tools
Experience in Canvas and model-driven Power Apps
Strong experience and knowledge in Sales, Customer Service and Marketing modules
Proven experience in solution design and effort estimation
Knowledge of Power BI preferred.
Very good written and verbal communication skills with a clear ability to convey thoughts to other team members and stakeholders
