Expert Instructional Designer
Main responsibilities:
Instructional Leadership: Lead large-scale instructional design projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and learning objectives.
Curriculum Development: Develop and implement comprehensive instructional strategies and curricula that meet the needs of diverse learner groups.
Project Management: Oversee multiple instructional design projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Innovation: Drive innovation in instructional design by incorporating the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior and senior instructional designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
About you
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in instructional design, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects and initiatives.
Education: Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Certifications: Additional certifications in instructional design, e-learning development, or related areas are a plus.
Technical SkillsE-learning Tools: Expert proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, especially Articulate Storyline and Rise.
Graphic Design and Animation: Advanced graphic design and animation skills to create engaging and interactive learning materials.
Animation Tools: Proficiency in animation tools such as Vyond and other video animation tools.
LMS and LxPs: Expertise in LMS and Learning Experience Platforms (LxPs) integration and customization.
Gamification: Proficiency in gamification techniques to enhance learner engagement.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and learning analytics to measure and improve learning outcomes.
Soft SkillsLeadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and inspire a team of instructional designers.
Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities to drive the instructional design strategy.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information.
Innovation: Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in instructional design practices.
Language
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially those relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
