(Senior) Brand Manager
JOB PURPOSE:
Develop and execute brand strategies for Dupixent (dupilumab) in the pediatric and adolescent atopic dermatitis (AD) market.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Integrating Customer Insights & build brand strategies
Work with marketing research team to generate clear and accurate facts
Interacts with all customer groups to make market observations and identify potential insights cross broad range of healthcare solutions/disease areas
Identifies key market access and customer needs issues
Extracts key findings to use in driving strategies/tactics
Campaign design & execution
Drives consistent execution of product strategy with appropriate key performance indicators
Design and execute innovative projects through working with cross-function teams to ensure achievement of project KPI
KOL management and resource allocation
Build strong relationships with KOLs to generate insights, drive strategy and generate projects ideas
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Working Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, multinational pharmaceutical companies is preferred
Transversal Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Functional Skills: Championing People,Growth Mindset,Obsessive Execution
Educational background: Bachelor degree or above (major in medicine, public health or marketing is preferred)
Language requirements: Proficiency in English and fluent Mandarin
