Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage key accounts to drive revenue growth through cross-selling, upselling, and renewals.
- Develop and execute strategies for client retention and expansion into new markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for farming existing clients and developing new business relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in enterprise sales or similar role.
- Proven track record of success in key account management, cross selling, and renewals.
- Strong understanding of agricultural industry trends and market dynamics.
