Key Account Manager – This role has been developed to oversee the relationships of the region with few of its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise / strategic accounts using recruitment and employer branding solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to CHROs, TA Heads, and HR leadership teams
Drive account retention, renewals, and revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell
Understand client hiring challenges and recommend customized recruitment solutions
Own quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned accounts
Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and performance discussions with clients
Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Operations, Marketing) to ensure smooth delivery
Track account health, usage metrics, and adoption of recruitment products
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into revenue
Stay updated on recruitment trends, hiring market dynamics, and competitor offering
