Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead a team of data scientists to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions that leverage machine learning algorithms.
Develop and maintain complex predictive models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or other relevant libraries.
Ensure high-quality deliverables by reviewing code, providing feedback to junior team members, and mentoring them on best practices.

Job Requirements :

8-12 years of experience in data science or related field with expertise in machine learning.
Strong proficiency in Python programming language with knowledge of popular libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib.
Experience working with large datasets using SQL databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
