Minimum Qualifications

An MSEE in an EMC or EM-related field 3+ years of experience with EM simulation software such as CST, ANSYS, EMCoS, and/or COMSOL. Deep understanding of EM physics in the areas of EMC, EMI, and/or RFE.

Preferred Qualifications

PhD in EMC or EM related field 5+ years of experience with EM simulation software such as CST, ANSYS, EMCoS, and/or COMSOL. 5+ years of experience in EM related area such as EMC, antenna, RF, SI/PI. Experience with integrating AI tools in simulation workflows. Ability to navigate through ambiguity and break down complex problems into simplified and manageable parts Knowledge of wireless power transfer systems and regulatory RF exposure standards Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills  Must be highly motivated and must have excellent organizational skills
