Description

As a prototyping engineer you will be responsible for emulating a complex SOC & are expected to: -Review specifications, develop prototyping plans and specifications. -Work closely with design & micro-architecture teams to understand the functional & performance goals of the design. -Work on Synthesis / Place & Route, timing optimization, develop plans for custom hardware. -Work independently & manage deliverables to align with project goals plus support cross-functional engineering efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

Understanding of CPU & SOC architecture/design fundamentals. Strengths in digital logic design, Verilog, SystemVerilog, test-benches, simulation and debug. Experience in scripting/programming is desired - Unix, Python, C/C++, etc. Experience with FPGA is a plus. Hardware/System design, tools, debug, lab experience are a plus. Strong analytical skills, creative attitude and enthusiastic team player. Excellent communication skills and demonstrate the desire to take on diverse challenges.
