Elite Relationship Manager
Role & responsibilities
- Acquire and manage Elite / Affluent customers for the bank.
- Drive CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) growth through new customer acquisition.
- Cross-sell banking products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Loans, and Investment products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers.
- Achieve sales targets for liabilities, investments, and third-party products.
- Provide financial advisory and personalized banking solutions to elite customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through regular engagement.
- Work closely with the branch team to identify and convert affluent leads.
