Role & responsibilities


  • Acquire and manage Elite / Affluent customers for the bank.
  • Drive CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) growth through new customer acquisition.
  • Cross-sell banking products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Loans, and Investment products.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers.
  • Achieve sales targets for liabilities, investments, and third-party products.
  • Provide financial advisory and personalized banking solutions to elite customers.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through regular engagement.
  • Work closely with the branch team to identify and convert affluent leads.
