Current Account Relationship Manager
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire Current Account (CA) customers and achieve monthly targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with current account holders
• Generate business through field sales, market mapping, and networking
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services
• Provide financial solutions based on client needs
• Monitor account activity and resolve customer issues promptly
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer experience
• Ensure KYC compliance and quality sourcing as per bank guidelines
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline
• 1-5 years experience in CASA / Liability sales preferred
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Comfortable with field sales and target-driven environment
