Club House Executive
Role & responsibilities
To ensure thorough cleanliness of club house area at all the time including the Spa, Kids play area, Senior Citizen room, Conference room, Banquet Halls, Cafeteria passages, Lobbies, Gym, Yoga/Aerobics room, Sports area and toilets etc.
- Make a round of entire assigned area, checking for items in need of immediate attention such as burned-out lights, spots on hall Floors and walls, trash in staircase etc.
- Removal of garbage from the Club house premises, including its collection at one place and arrangement for its disposal away from the said premises in coordination with HK Supervisors
- Regular cleaning of fittings and fixtures including luminaries, handrails, special features, signage and graphics, Roman blinds, wood paneling, glass partitions, computers, telephones (Intercoms), office equipments, potted plants etc.
- Ensure all the cleaning activities are completed as per the deployment schedule
- Inform all discrepancies and maintenance requirements brought to notice of Property Manager promptly
- Ensure that janitor closets and storage areas are always maintained in a neat and orderly manner
- Coordinate and manage Banquet hall / Guest rooms/Facility bookings and maintain a tracker for its transactions
- Keep track about the tutors/coaches using the clubhouse for training purposes.
- Take rounds in the facilities after the events are finished to observe for any damages, same needs to be brought to the attention of the USER & Property Manager for further recovery action
- Ensuring Residents sign in the visitors book
- To be overall responsible for operations of Club house and Amenity Block.
- Maintain yearly calendar and monthly schedules for all clubhouse events
- Manage Clubhouse and pool security
- day-to-day maintenance and operations of the Clubhouse and its premises
- Plan the daily operations of the clubhouse including scheduling, club events and staff assignments
Preferred candidate profile
Good Communication Skills.
