Senior Recruiter Operations
Role & responsibilities
- Conduct bulk hiring for blue-collar and entry-level roles.
- Source candidates through field visits over all hyderabad, job camps, local networks, and community outreach.
- Identify and recruit migrant workers from different regions as per manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with local agents, contractors, and placement networks for candidate sourcing.
- Screen candidates and ensure they meet the job requirements.
- Arrange interviews, documentation, and onboarding support.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with internal HR and operations teams to fulfill hiring targets.
- Travel to different locations for recruitment drives and hiring campaigns.
2. Blue-Collar Recruitment
- Hire roles like:
- Electricians
- Plumbers
- HVAC - Technical staff
- MST
- Technical Supervisors
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong experience in bulk hiring and blue-collar Technical recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in the field in Hyderabad
- Strong networking and candidate engagement skills.
