Senior Recruiter Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct bulk hiring for blue-collar and entry-level roles.
• Source candidates through field visits over all hyderabad, job camps, local networks, and community outreach.
• Identify and recruit migrant workers from different regions as per manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with local agents, contractors, and placement networks for candidate sourcing.
• Screen candidates and ensure they meet the job requirements.
• Arrange interviews, documentation, and onboarding support.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with internal HR and operations teams to fulfill hiring targets.
• Travel to different locations for recruitment drives and hiring campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in bulk hiring and blue-collar Technical recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in the field in Hyderabad
• Strong networking and candidate engagement skills.
