Cloud Data Engineer
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient cloud-based data warehouse/data lake solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions meeting data warehousing/analytics design standards.
- Collaborate with multiple multi-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines using cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
- Implement leading data practices and standards to improve efficiency and quality.
- Manage partner communication and project risks effectively.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in developing and building data pipelines on Cloud & Hybrid infrastructure for analytical needs.
- Experience working with cloud-based data warehouse solutions such as Snowflake, SingleStore, etc., along with expertise in SQL and advanced SQL.
- High expertise in modern cloud warehouse, data lakes, and implementation experience on any of the cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure, preferably AWS.
- Experience working with data at scale (petabyte) using big data technology stack and advanced programming languages like Python, Scala.
- Strong understanding of analytics needs and proactive approach to build solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams.
- Dedicated, highly motivated, and possess learnability skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate and apply new technologies quickly.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in working with global collaborators and influencing decision-making is beneficial.
- Exposure to working in Data Science projects is a plus.
