Cleaning Supervisor – Kalgoorlie Train Station
Permanent Part‑Time | Stable Hours
We are seeking an experienced Cleaner ready to step into a supervisory role, or an established Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader, to oversee train cleaning operations at Kalgoorlie Train Station.
This position offers short hours, ideal for someone seeking additional income or a role that fits around other commitments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning standards, coordinating cleaning activities, and ensuring trains are presented to a high standard.
Position: Cleaning Supervisor
Contract: Permanent Part-Time
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Pay: From $32.34 per hour + penalties + super
Location: Kalgoorlie Train Station
Roster – Availability required for set shifts:
- Afternoon Shifts
Monday to Friday — 14:00 to 16:00
- Night Shifts
Monday and Friday only — 22:00 to 00:00 (midnight)
Shift end times may vary slightly due to train delays.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise cleaning staff and allocate tasks
Ensure cleaning standards and safety compliance
Conduct quality checks
Perform hands‑on cleaning as required
About You
Previous cleaning experience, with the ability or aspiration to lead and supervise a small team
Reliable, organised and confident leading teams
Physically fit for cleaning duties
Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Able to pass medical and drug and alcohol testing
