(2) Designed and implemented a comprehensive compliance testing manual for RBI requirements.

(3) Handled RBI inspection and risk based supervisory audits and submission of response to RBI.

(4) Draft, review of key policies under NBFC regulations, Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI.

(5) Filing of returns and forms with RBI and MCA.

(6) Monitoring and reporting of Anti-Money Laundering transactions with FIU.

(7) Compliance relating to Companies Act, 2013, SEBI, RBI, FEMA (FDI) etc.

(8) Compliances relating to issuance & listing of Debentures.
