Role & responsibilities


  • Customer Acquisition (CASA): Proactively acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers through cold calling, market field visits, and local networking.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition targets set by the bank.
  • Relationship Management: Develop relationships with local merchants, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
  • Cross-Selling: Promote additional bank products, including digital banking solutions, credit cards, insurance, and fixed deposits.
  • Quality Sourcing & Compliance: Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines and internal policies, focusing on quality onboarding to minimize future risks.
  • Catchment Mapping: Assist the senior sales manager in scoping the area, analyzing competitor activity, and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Account Activation: Ensure acquired accounts are funded and activated on digital channels immediately.


Preferred candidate profile


  • Experience: 0-5 years in banking sales, field sales, or financial services.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills.
  • Profile: Must be willing to work in a field-based (outdoor) sales role.
  • Age Limit: Generally up to 30 years for these roles.
