Responsibilities Issuing of invoices for periodic (rents, service charges contributions, indexation) or ah-hoc contractual obligations (service charges settlements, fit-out contributions, recharges) under consideration of additional supporting documents if applicable for specific claims. Contact for tenants for collecting overdue invoice amounts (rent, service charges) and providing details on overdue balances Sending dunning letters for overdue payments Supporting the legal property management departments with information on customer accounts of tenants, to related guarantees and other necessary details for legal actions Analysis of overdue balances on tenant accounts and the setup of reports, providing insight on specific collection hurdles Reading interpreting lease agreements and entering of the relevant contract details in the contract management transaction in SAP Real Estate (as customized for each client) Upload and maintain lease warranties’ information in SAP Produce rent-roll reports for the properties under management and clarify any questions raised by the recipients, mainly asset manager or interim parties
