Qualification: MBA / Post Graduate in HR or related field
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles with focus on quality and candidate experience.
- Oversee payroll inputs, salary structures, and compensation coordination.
- Drive performance management cycles and coordinate appraisals.
- Maintain and communicate HR policies; act as employee advisor for HR queries.
2. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives, cultural events, and wellness programs.
- Lead the I Shine recognition program to promote appreciation and connection.
- Champion employee experience and well-being initiatives.
3. People & Organization Development
- Strengthen employer branding and drive HR communication across channels.
- Support organization development projects aligned with business goals.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
