Qualification: MBA / Post Graduate in HR or related field

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles with focus on quality and candidate experience.
  
• Oversee payroll inputs, salary structures, and compensation coordination.
  
• Drive performance management cycles and coordinate appraisals.
  
• Maintain and communicate HR policies; act as employee advisor for HR queries.
  

2. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Plan and execute engagement initiatives, cultural events, and wellness programs.
  
• Lead the I Shine recognition program to promote appreciation and connection.
  
• Champion employee experience and well-being initiatives.
  

3. People & Organization Development

• Strengthen employer branding and drive HR communication across channels.
  
• Support organization development projects aligned with business goals.
  
• Promote a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
