Role & responsibilities


  • Generate new business by acquiring new customers.
  • Promote and sell banking or financial products (CASA, loans, credit cards, etc.).
  • Identify potential clients through market visits, referrals, and leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and documentation requirements to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and account opening.
  • Ensure proper KYC and compliance as per company policy.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries
