Acquisition Manager
Role & responsibilities
- Generate new business by acquiring new customers.
- Promote and sell banking or financial products (CASA, loans, credit cards, etc.).
- Identify potential clients through market visits, referrals, and leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and account opening.
- Ensure proper KYC and compliance as per company policy.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries
