About this role:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients for our predictive maintenance solutions. Your focus will be on industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy, and Renewables. You’ll drive revenue growth by building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding client needs, and showcasing how UptimeAI can solve critical operational challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, customer-centric solution selling, and the ability to influence high-level stakeholders.

Who You Are:

  • You have a strong background in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in SaaS solutions related to Asset Performance Management and Predictive Analytic for industrial or technical markets.

  • You are passionate about digital transformation in heavy industries and understand the impact of predictive maintenance on operational efficiency.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to exceed sales targets.

  • You possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and establish long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive new business development and lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing for enterprise clients.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points in industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Energy

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target accounts.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and proposals that effectively communicate the value of UptimeAI’s solutions.

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management within our CRM system.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of sales experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally within industries like Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Energy.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing large enterprise deals.

  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM software for pipeline management and forecasting. Measures of Success

  • Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Growth in pipeline and new customer acquisition.

  • High level of client satisfaction and retention within the initial stages of engagement
