About this Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in scaling UptimeAI’s teams across functions — from engineering and product to sales, operations, and marketing. You’ll work closely with the founding and leadership team to identify, attract, and hire high-impact individuals who align with our mission and culture.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role best suited for someone who thrives in dynamic startup environments and is excited to build the talent foundation of a rapidly growing deep-tech company.
Who You Are
You have 2+ years of experience recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles in a fast-paced startup
You’ve worked directly with founders or early leadership teams
You’re confident in handling full-cycle recruitment — sourcing to offer
You’re process-driven, organized, and care about delivering a great candidate experience
You can juggle multiple roles and prioritize effectively
You understand the nuances of hiring for startups — speed, quality, and culture fit
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end recruitment for all roles (tech, product, sales, ops, etc.)
Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and success profiles
Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, communities, networks, and ATS
Manage job postings, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and feedback loops
Drive and optimize candidate experience throughout the funnel
Create and maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and hiring pipelines
Help refine the employer brand and candidate messaging across platforms
Collaborate with leadership to improve hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill
Work with external recruiters or partners as needed
