Must reside in Dallas, TX
In This Role
- Develop and manage a robust customer base within the north Texas and Oklahoma territory
- Attend industry-related trade shows and conferences to meet with your customers to identify revenue-generating opportunities
- Guide clients through the full sales cycle to include customer onboarding, pricing strategy, order processing journey, shipping, and overall account management
- Partner with your customers to identify strategic opportunities to
- support them in growing their business utilizing Found Hands strategic programs and products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing all inbound correspondence; offering feedback regarding product selection and growth projections
- Educate customers on company processes, business development and partnerships, market trends, and product knowledge
- Partner with Sales Support team to enhance the overall client experience
- Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to analyze and track territory and customer performance, including revenue and gross margin
- Participate in industry markets, sales meetings, and educational events for career advancement opportunities
- Position requires a minimum of 60% travel, in addition to attending 4 markets per year

The Ideal Person
- 5+ years of wholesale furniture sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 60% of time, including attending a minimum of 4 markets per year
- Experience with Salesforce CRM required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of customer growth strategies to both small and large-scale business customers
