いいえ。過去10〜15年の関連する経験を含めてください。別の分野(エンジニアリング、軍務、サプライチェーン)からOperationsに転向した場合、それ以前の役割はOperationsのナラティブを直接サポートする場合にのみ含めてください。例えば、プロセス改善プロジェクトをリードした機械工学の役割は関連性があります。15年前の小売店員の役割は関連しません。上記のエントリーレベルのサンプルにはインターンシップが含まれていますが、これは最近で直接関連性があるためです。その候補者がOperations Management経験を5年以上積んだ後は、インターンシップは削除すべきです。
