- Familiaridade regulatória — explicit working knowledge of ANEEL, ONS, CCEE, MME, EPE, and IBAMA, plus the Procedimentos de Rede do ONS, the PRODIST, the Política Nacional de Segurança de Barragens, and the Resoluções Normativas applicable to the área. This separates Eletronorte-ready candidates from generic energy-sector candidates.
- Compromisso com segurança operacional — visible respect for NR-10, NR-10 SEP, NR-33, NR-35, and the safety culture more broadly. The company operates assets where a safety failure means injury or death, and there is zero tolerance for candidates who treat safety as a checkbox.
