1.与产品团队紧密合作，从游戏demo阶段开始主导美术风格的确立，制定符合项目需求的美术标准与制作规范，全程把控美术产出质量；
2.与各小组负责人配合，监督并推进原画、模型、动作、特效、场景等资源的设计与制作，把关整体的表现效果；
3.负责美术团队的日常管理与人员培养，通过流程优化、技术指导等方式持续提升团队的工作效率与作品质量；
4.作为美术部门核心负责人，与策划、程序、运营等跨部门团队高效沟通，共同推动产品目标的实现与落地。
