The Position

您的机会：

目标管理

• 据公司重点和业务环境，协助制定多渠道策略，并负责创新项目方案设计及实施计划和跟进有效性。
• 保罗氏业务在多渠道间的健康有序开展
• 创新渠道模式标杆案例。

创新项目孵化与落地

• 主导传统商业渠道创新项目的全程管理，包括需求调研、可行性分析、方案设计、试点执行及规模化推广。
• 探索创新服务模式及数字化工具在传统和新兴渠道的应用，推动渠道效率与患者服务体验升级。
• 推动建立患者体验与支付评价体系，定期复盘机制并持续优化。
• 协调跨部门资源，确保创新项目符合法规及公司政策，并高效完成试点验证及全国复制。

商业集团总部深度合作管理

• 与合作伙伴建立广泛的合作和信任，深度理解商业集团业务需求，挖掘合作潜力，并共同为罗氏产品组合相关领域的规范诊疗水平提高而积极采取行动。
• 区域龙头商业集团总部的战略合作对接，制定并执行多渠道合作策略，推动商业总部的资源整合与项目落地。
• 监控合作执行情况，定期分析合作项目进度和渠道数据，定期输出合作效能分析并提出优化方案及推动改进。

跨部门协同与资源整合

• 联动公司业务部门和相关支持部门，协调内外部资源，将渠道创新与产品策略结合，搭建创新试点平台，推动项目从概念验证到全国推广的快速迭代，支持核心产品增长目标。
• 监测医药流通领域政策变化及新兴渠道趋势，输出针对性分析，为管理层制定渠道战略提供决策支持。

期待您：

• 本科及以上学历，优先考虑医药相关专业
• 5年以上医药行业渠道管理、商务合作或创新项目管理经验
• 有成功主导创新项目从0到1落地经验
• 优秀的内外部沟通协调能力、谈判技巧、资源整合能力
• 政策理解和行业洞察力、较强的策略分析能力、大客户管理和谈判能力、项目管理和敏捷执行能力、跨部门沟通协调能力
