Design technical architectures, migration approaches, and application optimizations for customers.
Serve as a technical advisor and troubleshoot to resolve customer challenges.
Implement or advise on deploying and managing Google Workspace services.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to commercialize solutions with partners and customers.
Develop low-code/no-code solutions and integrations using AI to enhance business workflows.
Work with Google's partners to develop their capabilities in managing Workspace services.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
Experience in deploying workspace or similar technologies for customers.
Experience in client-facing projects/troubleshooting with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), or Platform as a Service (PaaS) platforms.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
