Where You Come In

As a Working Student in the CTO Office, you will support strategic and operational initiatives that keep our in-house app active, engaging, and continuously improving.

You will work closely with your manager and collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams. This is a hands-on role with real ownership — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, creativity, and learning how tech organizations operate behind the scenes.

What You Will Do

• Create engaging social media posts and digital content for our in-house app

• Support user retention initiatives and help grow internal engagement

• Design and improve internal presentations and decks on CTO-related topics

• Conduct market and competitor research and present findings clearly

• Support operational and ad hoc projects within the CTO Office

• Take ownership of small independent projects from concept to execution
