Senior Test Assignment Executive - Working Location: Tan Phu, HCMC

Ensure right-first-time test assignment for real samples per client protocols/manuals, coordinate sample login–logout on LIMS, maintain ironclad sample identification & custody, and collaborate across Lab/CS/Technical teams to deliver accurate, on-time testing—especially for FCM (Food Contact Materials) programs.

Responsibilities

1) Daily Operations

  • Receive real samples; assign tests per client request/protocol/manual and internal SOP.
  • Log-in / log-out samples in LIMS and maintain related trackers/files with full traceability.
  • Take sample photos, record details, code/label, and store samples per regulations to prevent confusion.
  • Conduct sampling/pick-up at HL/SL Divisions or external sites as assigned by supervisors.
  • Monitor lab capacity/TAT to propose feasible test plans and prioritization.

2) Technical Coordination & Clarification

  • Communicate with CS, Sales, Technical, and Laboratory sections to clarify test requests/programs (incl. FCM), matrices, quantities, and special conditions.
  • Prepare assignment sheets/work orders; ensure completeness of information for execution.
  • Track job progress and support issue resolution to protect delivery commitments.

3) Quality, Data Integrity & Compliance

  • Maintain audit-ready records; comply with ISO/IEC 17025 and data integrity (ALCOA+).
  • Escalate deviations; support investigations and implement CAPA/preventive actions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement (templates, checklists, system validations).

4) Safety & Housekeeping

  • Follow HSE rules, PPE usage, and safe handling/storage of samples & chemicals where applicable.
  • 2–4+ years in Test Assignment / Sample Login / Lab Coordination within TIC or testing labs.
  • Hands-on experience with FCM (Food Contact Materials) test programs/workflows.
  • Proficiency with LIMS and Microsoft Excel; strong attention to detail and organization.
  • English: at least basic reading/writing for SOPs, emails, and client documentation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; solid teamwork and communication.
  • Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Hardline/Softline/Toys standards and typical test programs;
  • Experience coordinating rush/priority jobs and balancing multi-lab capacities.
  • Experience with barcode/labeling systems or digital sample imaging.
