Job Function
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Process warehouse steel and other manufactured related, materials & parts.
- Rig, hoist/lift & move materials.
- Properly use shop hand tools. (grinders, drills, air tools, tape measure, etc.)
- Learn skills and techniques required to safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, side loader, pallet jacket and band saws.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment.
- Maintain organized stock materials.
- Perform cycle counts to maintain consumable inventory accuracy.

Requirements:

- Ability to take detailed instruction, strong attention to the detail on any given task.
- Willing to be challenged to improve skills.
- Must be able to follow work instructions, safety and operation procedures, company policies, and supervisor instructions.
- Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safe work practices.
- Daily housekeeping of warehouse.
- Flexible working schedule to support project needs; overtime, weekends, as projects requires.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills.
Considered a Plus:
- Steel materials knowledge.
- OSHA Safety Training.
- Experience in Unloading and Loading box and flatbed trucks.
- Working Knowledge of parts inspection tools and methods.
- CNC Burn Table or other related CNC experience.
Schedule:
- Normally 8 hour shift.
- Monday to Friday, occasional overtime on Saturdays.
