About the Role: The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by handling materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely distribution of equipment and supplies for telecommunications construction projects. This role plays a key part in supporting field crews working on fiber, aerial, and underground builds.
Key Responsibilities: • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment • Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery to job sites • Load and unload trucks using proper safety procedures • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts • Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse and yard • Track and manage telecom materials such as fiber cable, conduit, handholes, and tools • Assist with deliveries and coordinate with field crews as needed • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (if certified) • Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications: • 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or construction experience preferred • Experience with telecom or construction materials is a plus • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day • Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Valid driver's license required Preferred Qualifications: • Forklift certification • CDL (Class A or B) is a plus Experience supporting fiber optic or utility construction projects
