Role Overview:
• Seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Pipeline Builder with strong US Market experience. (MONEY ORIENTED)
• Role focuses on sales-front skills in Telesales or Customer Service Sales to engage top-tier talent.
• Requires a trustworthy, outgoing professional who excels in fast-paced environments and organizational research.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and engage US Market candidates using job portals, ATSs, and advanced research techniques.
• Conduct high-interest screenings and effectively "sell" opportunities to passive talent using Telesales skills.
• Maintain a meticulously organized candidate database ensuring data integrity and easy access.
• Build networks and generate high-quality referrals through an outgoing personality.
• Adapt to changing priorities and market trends proactively.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide clear updates to hiring managers.
Requirements:
• Proven experience sourcing for the US Market with a strong background in Telesales or Customer Service Sales.
• Excellent fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Expert skills in building talent pipelines, navigating job portals, and managing ATS platforms.
• Highly adaptable, trustworthy, and personable, displaying excellent phone communication.
• Superior organizational skills to manage complex research and data tracking.
