Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule in-person or remote interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends and requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively.
