Recruiter (Off-Role)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend recruitment for corporate positions sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures.
- Execute highquality corporate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social platforms, and internal databases.
- Maintain accurate candidate trackers, ensuring complete visibility of all active roles.
- Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Manage stakeholder coordination, providing regular updates to hiring managers.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Skills & Competencies
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate sourcing and fullcycle recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills across job boards and social networks.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management ability.
- Proficiency in Excel and ATS tools (preferred).
