Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage endtoend recruitment for corporate positions sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures.
  • Execute highquality corporate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social platforms, and internal databases.
  • Maintain accurate candidate trackers, ensuring complete visibility of all active roles.
  • Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Manage stakeholder coordination, providing regular updates to hiring managers.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Skills & Competencies

  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate sourcing and fullcycle recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing skills across job boards and social networks.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management ability.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ATS tools (preferred).
