Accountabilities:
- Lead the design and execution of full-funnel influencer marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Serve as the senior strategic partner for key clients, owning relationships, campaign performance, and long-term growth opportunities.
- Build and scale creator go-to-market frameworks tied to product launches, cultural moments, and brand positioning.
- Oversee creator partnerships end-to-end, including identification, vetting, negotiation, and performance optimization.
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and compelling narratives that demonstrate impact and ROI.
- Integrate AI-powered tools into workflows to enhance audience targeting, creator selection, and performance forecasting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while establishing scalable processes and quality standards.
- Drive business growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and strategic pitch development.
- Manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend and strong financial performance across campaigns.
- 8–12 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator strategy, or brand partnerships, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in building and scaling performance-driven influencer programs with measurable outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem, including platforms, talent management, pricing structures, and compliance standards.
- Established network of creators, talent managers, and industry partners across multiple verticals.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for audience insights, creator analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic decisions.
- Expertise across major and emerging social platforms and performance marketing tactics (affiliate, paid amplification, etc.).
- Leadership experience with a track record of building, mentoring, and scaling teams.
