Accountabilities:
- Support the development of creative concepts and visual assets for complex multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with objectives, audience needs, and brand standards.
- Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials, including social media assets, email templates, banners, infographics, presentations, and outdoor advertising.
- Collaborate with creative team members and stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, develop storyboards, and translate concepts into effective design solutions.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all visual outputs, proactively identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
- Manage project workflows by updating job statuses, organizing files in designated systems, and ensuring timely delivery according to production schedules.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams, leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects.
- Contribute to campaign strategy discussions, offering creative input grounded in design thinking and user-centered principles.
- Support ongoing improvements in visual communication standards, tools, and processes across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in visual or graphic design, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools such as Canva and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and visual storytelling across digital and print media.
- Ability to create engaging visual content for online platforms, including social media, web, and marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience with animation, interactive media, or eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills in a production-focused environment.
- Healthcare or mission-driven industry experience is a plus.

- Competitive salary range of $49,718.59 to $92,468.74 annually.
