Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication, follow-up, and proactive issue resolution.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on VIP client systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to resolve complex technical issues.
Document all support activities, client interactions, and issue resolutions in the service management system.
Provide training and guidance to VIP clients on the use of IT systems and applications.
Stay current with the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to VIP clients.
