Role & responsibilities

IT Helpdesk / Service Desk Executive:
Provide technical helpdesk support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues. Manage and resolve user queries related to Active Directory (user accounts, password resets), email configuration, and ITSM tools. Log, track, and update incidents in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation.

Work closely with end users to deliver effective solutions while maintaining high service standards. Possess strong troubleshooting skills along with good interpersonal and communication abilities.

Preferred candidate profile

Comfortable working in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts to support business operations.
