Mac Support Engineer || Bengaluru & Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for macOS devices (MacBook, iMac, Mac Mini).
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to macOS, applications, and basic network connectivity.
  
• Handle ticketing system (log, track, and resolve incidents/requests within SLA).
  
• Assist users with software installation, configuration, and updates.
  
• Support email clients, VPN, printers, and collaboration tools.
  
• Perform basic user account management (password resets, access issues).
  
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
  
• Maintain documentation of common issues and resolutions.
  
• Assist in device setup, onboarding, and asset management.
