💡 Please note that this position is on-site in Berlin, and C2-level proficiency in German is required.
What You’ll Do ✨
🤝 Own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives – shaping value propositions, defining MVPs, prioritizing features, aligning stakeholders, and coordinating sales, marketing, and tech for fast, smooth launches
🔥 Dive quickly into new topics, markets, and customer problems, building deep understanding through frequent, direct client conversations
🔎 Hands-on drive the launch of new digital products and services – from first idea to market rollout, working closely with the co-founders and senior team
🧩 Talk to customers daily to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and actively promote, position, and upsell new products and features while iterating based on real-world feedback

🗣️ Fluent in English, with C2 level in German
