π‘ Please note that for this role C2-level German proficiency is required. This is a fully on-site position based in Berlin.
What Youβll Do β¨
π Take full ownership of the Account Manager Team (>10 AMs) across multiple European markets, building, mentoring, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing, collaborative team.
π€ Your onboarding will consist of diving deep into the role, taking care of a batch of customers yourself.
π‘ Ensure account management is the voice of the customer internally.
π Develop and push an upsell motion in every market, NRR (net retention rate) is your north star.
π§ Strategically plan and implement projects that improve efficiency & performance in the department.
π Constantly coach the team to reach new heights, shadowing calls, joining some, and providing actionnable feedback is your thing.
What Makes You a Great Fit β
π― Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS customer success, and account management (5+ years experience) and proven ability to engage directly with clients.
π€ You are a leader, coaching and mentoring teams to constantly reach new heights is what drives you.
ποΈββοΈ Proven success in scaling operations and leading teams, ideally across more than one market in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups.
βοΈ You come either from a top tier business school, or have a technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering
π± Previous experience in the startup ecosystem or high-growth environments.
β‘ Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a tangible positive impact.
π Exceptional communication, and relationship-building skills.
π£οΈ Excellent English communication skills (C2). Native or C2 German required; proficiency in French or Italian is a plus.
