We are looking for: UX Engineer

Youll make an impact by:

Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Design Teams to develop prototypes and deliver engaging, innovative application experiences.
Gather and interpret customer feedback to continuously enhance the user experience.
Work with UI developers to analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
Support core product UI developers in building and maintaining the user interface.
Develop reusable, responsive, and maintainable UI components.
Optimize user interfaces for performance, quality, and efficiency.
Address bugs, UI polish, and visual enhancements to ensure a refined user experience.
Learn from and contribute to a team of talented engineers with diverse backgrounds.
Utilize strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
Preferred Skills Experience (Nice to Have, Willing to Learn)
Strong passion for usercentered design and the design thinking methodology.
Understanding of the energy or utilities domain (e.g., concepts like kWh and electricity billing).
Experience with rapid prototyping tools and methods.
Proficiency with design tools for lowfidelity wireframes (Figma, Balsamiq) and highfidelity prototypes (Adobe XD, InVision).

Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline.
4+ years of experience in designing modern web applications.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Expertlevel proficiency in CSS3including Flexbox, Grid, animations, transitions, custom variables, and media queries.
Experience resolving UI inconsistencies, crossbrowser challenges, responsive layout issues, and delivering pixelperfect designs.
Ability to refactor and enhance existing UI code for scalability and maintainability.
Skill in building adaptive layouts that perform seamlessly across varied screen sizes and resolutions.
