Your success is grounded in:
- Manual Testing: You will conduct detailed manual tests (functional tests, system tests) for our HR applications within an agile development environment.
- AI in Testing: You will actively test AI functionalities and systems in our applications and experiment with the use of AI-powered tools and methods to optimize our testing processes (e.g., for test case generation, defect analysis).
- Test Design: You will apply various test design techniques according to ISTQB standards, such as Equivalence Class Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, and State Transition Testing, to create effective test cases.
- Defect Analysis Documentation: You will precisely identify, reproduce, and document software defects in our defect management system (e.g., Jira) and track their resolution.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to understand requirements and ensure high software quality.
- Quality Assurance: You will contribute to ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and provide an optimal user experience
Your success is grounded in:
- Experience: at least 4 years of relevant professional experience as a Manual Software Tester.
- ISTQB Certification: A valid ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification is mandatory.
- Additionally, possessing an ISTQBCertified Tester - Testing with Generative AI (CT-GenAI) or ISTQBCertified Tester - AI Testing (CT-AI) certification would be a significant advantage.
- AI in Testing: Proven experience in testing AI functionalities/systems and practical experience in applying AI methods in software testing.
- Test Design Techniques: Very good knowledge and practical application experience of ISTQB test design techniques (e.g., Equivalence Class Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis).
- Tool Knowledge: Experience in using test management and defect management tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
- Working Style: A very meticulous, diligent, and analytical approach with a high standard of quality.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) for collaboration in an international team.
- Experience with the ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module.
- Basic understanding of test automation.
