IT Recruiter
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews, fixing interview-scheduling and closing.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates and assess their suitability for the role.
- He/She Will Be managing Sr Level Requirements for BANKING & IT Sector.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
- Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations
- Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments/ Clients informed of the same.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals.
