Organizes and controls the work of subordinates in accordance with legislative and corporate standards, as well as advising the company's management on financial and management accounting and reporting issues.
Carries out effective management of subordinates, ensuring their sufficient professional level of development, building a system of effective control over the activities of subordinates.
Organizes and maintains tax accounting in the company in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and corporate standards
Ensures the preparation of the company's financial statements based on accounting data,
its signing and submission to users within the established deadlines.
Ensures verification of the state of accounting in branches.
Organizes and controls the calculation of wages to company employees and their payments, as well as all related taxes, deductions and fees.
Conducts ongoing consulting of the company's management on current legislation (tax and commercial law), familiarizes subordinates with regulatory and methodological documents and information materials related to their activities, as well as with changes in current legislation.
Coordinates activities with the financial accounting department of the department to ensure the most effective organization of the work of the accounting department.
Maintains close contacts with employees of other divisions of the company to ensure effective, complete and continuous management and tax accounting of the company
